BEFORE Energy Healing:
- Ensure that you are hydrated before your session. Water conducts energy & this helps energy flow during your session.
- If possible, avoid caffeine for at least 2 hours before your appointment. This will help you achieve a calm, relaxed, meditative state.
- Wear comfortable clothing. Sweatpants or even pajamas are always welcome!
- Let go of your expectations. If you can trust that you will receive exactly what you need, you will be even more receptive to the energy healing!

AFTER Energy Healing:
- Drink extra water. Support your body by hydrating well. This will help flush out any toxins released during your session.
(Yes, this is totally a thing.)
- Avoid alcohol for at least the next day or so as it can cause you to feel ungrounded if consumed too soon after energy healing. Your body will thank you as it integrates the new energies!
- Let yourself explore any thoughts or feelings you may experience in the days & weeks to come. For deeper transformation, I recommend journaling about what comes up for you & paying close attention to your dreams - you may find insights that you wouldn't expect!
