All of our experiences start out on an energetic level, eventually manifesting into
our physical lives & reality. If we are carrying all sorts of energies that don't belong to us & do not serve our highest good, we will often find ourselves feeling quite out of balance.
We may find that our mental & emotional bodies become affected leaving us
