All of our experiences start out on an energetic level & eventually manifest into
our physical life/reality. So, if we are carrying all sorts of energies that do not serve our highest potential or ones that don't even belong to us in the first place,
we will most often find ourselves feeling quite out of balance.
We may find our mental & emotional bodies become affected leaving us
feeling irritable, angry, anxious, depressed or just plain apathetic towards life in general. Eventually these can then manifest into the physical body where we may experience unexplained pains, exhaustion or other uncomfortable symptoms.
It's so important to regularly "maintain" the energy body so that it does not become
